Parents are excited but maybe a little nervous. As a parent and educator I understand that communication guidance and support between a parent and teacher are very important to contribute to student success. This is why I would like for students to have a binder that is used for updates, resources and communication about their learning progress throughout the year . The binder will be a useful resource for parents, teachers, and students. Our communication resource binder will be used to keep parents up to date with news from the school, student progress, homework section, learning resources such as letter charts, sight words, writing tools etc and a tab for questions parents may have. Pre-k is most of our children’s first year in school so we want to make it a positive experience for both the student and the parent.
