From this project, I hope to expand my flexible seating options. This year, I am entering my second year of teaching in a new grade level with a class of motivated and highly active students. I hope that by funding this project, I am able to provide my students with the classroom they deserve and one that helps my students access learning more easily. Flexible seating allows students to have power and choice in where they choose to sit in the classroom. In my classroom, I strongly value student choice and allow students to have a choice in where they sit every day. Research shows students are more successful in school when they have a choice in their learning environment. Please help me provide my students with choice, power, and comfort with new flexible seats!
