When my students are on a stage, especially the students with Autism, they magically become a different person. With these microphones for singing/acting/presenting and an iPad for being able to watch themselves will allow them to come alive and open up from a world most of us dont understand. The students currently in my program have behaviors that cease when they are on stage. Instead of one day a week during second semester of theatre, they will be able to travel to that magical world where there are no problems, no discrimination and no one judging. They will be able to be on the stage for every situation if time permits. I looked for a stage to go in my classroom but unsuccessful except on Etsy. Hopefully I have a parent agreeing to build. I will now have a classroom full of amazing stars!!! Thank you in advance.
