This bean bag chair will give my female student another option to sit or lay in during instruction. She is either in her wheelchair or on a therapy mat on the floor all day where as other students can be on the floor during carpet time and other activities. This will help give her a physical rest while in lessons. She deserves to be treated the same as all of her peers in my classroom, no matter the differences. I want her to have the option just as the others do. It is able to be moved easily around my room and the cover can be washed in those oops days of accidents.
