Research shows that students can show what they have learned in multiple ways. By having a Design Studio available to all students in the library, students will have the opportunity to turn up their projects and assignments. They will be allowed to show in infinite and creative ways what they have learned. Projects will no longer be plain and boring. They will be able to kick it up a notch. For example, in the past, when students have come to the library to work on their culture project, it was a poster board and markers. It was very flat and students weren't super excited about their creation. Using the Cricut maker, will give them the chance to do more than a poster or they can make a poster but add some flair.
