By having new items in the classroom that are hands-on, my students can be engaged in their learning. With Kindergarteners, they are still in the playing stage of their life. Now a kindergartener is expected to know how to read, write, and count. By having hands-on center material, my students can play, but they are learning while playing. The school that I work at is a very old building. I only have three plugs. I have 13 iPads in my classroom, but can only charge 4 at a time. By having the iPad charging station filled would be a blessing!
