How do I get started? Is it worth the time and effort? Makerspaces can be whatever one makes of it; therefore, we are looking for basic materials to get us started in a variety of ways. Cubelets are color-coded cubes that allow students to experiment with robotics. Legos are a timeless classic that allow even high school students to create visually stunning pieces of art. Speaking of art, origami, coloring, and crafts are essential to inspiring the artist within. Lastly, students need to hone their mental skills through trivia, puzzles, and other games. Donations to this project will assist in the development of the Make Your Mark Museum within the school library. This will give students a place to spend time creating, motivating, and inspiring. Anytime a student has the drive and the means to share a gift, it is definitely worth the time and effort!
