The flexible seating options and learning tools in this project will provide incoming kindergarten students with the opportunity to navigate our classroom with greater independence and ease. Flexible seating options accommodate different learning styles, arts and craft materials will support students' creative outlets and organizational tools will support our daily routines and rituals. As a new teacher starting in her very first classroom, these materials help our whole classroom community start the year off right. These materials will help our youngest learners gain independence academically and social-emotionally which will lead to lifelong love of learning and success as future scholars.
