These materials and books will continue to enhance the hands-on and print-rich classroom that I strive to create. The diorama boxes and supplies will be used for students to create 3D ecosystems. My students love when they can actually create something of their own which also helps with engagement! The magna tiles will give my students a chance to put their creative minds to work and make learning fun! These tiles will allow them to develop design and architecture skills. My classroom library is a place that my students love! Every book that is placed in the library is treated with care, and students are thankful for them. Over the years I have learned that graphic novels are very popular among 5th graders. Having these will allow my students to read books that they are very interested in. This project will help enrich my students experiences with science and growing their love for reading.
