I am a new teacher who is trying to provide furniture and comfort for my 3rd graders. I need bookshelves to provide storage for supplies and books. My room is currently empty because the school is new and there isn't any extra furniture or storage options. I have also added math flashcards to help us when we start multiplication. The students will only have one recess during an 8.5 hour school day. I would like to provide flexible seating options for them and fidget toys to help them move during the school day to help stop behavioral problems. The seating options will be stools, bean bag chairs, exercise balls, yoga mats, normal chairs with fidget bands, and a special scoop chair.
