All my students are excited to begin their learning career and that career begins with reading. They will have the books and tools that they need to make reading exciting and enjoyable. My students can't wait to have comfy spots to sit and read books that are on their level. My classroom library is a work in progress, but will definitely be a place my students enjoy spending time in. The students will be using these new books that are stored on a colorful bookshelf to begin to learn how to read. They will have the soft carpet and lap desks to help them settle down with a good book. The reading pointers will help them keep their place in the book and find words that they know more easily! They will have more books in the library that follow along with their interests and reading levels. They will have creative places to sit and creative reading pointers to spark their excitement for reading. My students have shown a great passion for learning and reading is where their learning will begin.
