"Station" or "center" time is one where students can learn at their own pace, but the goal is for the learning to be fun. Students only have a short time (15 minutes) at each station and the use of these cards at one station will greatly improve their learning. I am not a paper and pencil teacher and want my students to enjoy a "hands on" approach. This will also provide differentiation for the students because there are different levels for each concept which is a huge positive. My school is a Title 1 school and we have all levels of learning within each class. I want what is best for my kiddos and want them to excel. I truly believe the use of the Math Quickies Boxed set will give my students the skills they need to help them succeed.
