I have requested everything on this list because I believe these items will be crucial in keeping my future students safe while allowing them to have fun as we embark on our physical fitness journey together this year! I had to get creative as a first-year Physical Education teacher as to what students would enjoy doing that would at the same time keep them safe. It's crazy to think that in order to play sports this year that student will need their own individual ball to comply with CDC guidelines. I ordered the items on this list specifically for my students to use while keeping socially distanced and most importantly, learn to live a healthy lifestyle! Considering the rollercoaster 2020 has already brought us on, I ask on this list for some very important equipment as well as PPE equipment to keep my students safe. Seeing as we are in this unprecedented time with COVID19, I first am asking for extra face masks for my students. Since we will be outside exposed to the Florida elements (random rainstorm, dirt, and ewww sweat) things are bound to happen to students masks. It will definitely come in handy to have some extra masks in case something happens to one of my students prohibiting them from wearing theirs the rest of the day. I also requested a special spray bottle I can keep on me at all times to disinfect equipment as needed to keep students safe while playing in my class. Please help me give my new students the peace of mind they deserve to have fun learning to live a physically fit lifestyle while in my classroom. As a first-year teacher I can't express how much any help would mean to me to keep my classroom a fun and safe!
