I’m a second-year 5th-grade reading teacher! I am asking for donations to start a class library for my students. Building literacy, fluency, and reading comprehension will be the focus of our class this year. Having a classroom library will give my students more opportunities to practice literacy, build fluency, and reading comprehension using books of their choice! Your donations will provide books from various genres for them to read for recreational purposes, for book report assignments, and help them discover a new love for reading. Additionally your donations will go toward creating a safe and comfortable place for them to enjoy reading inside our classroom! I hope you’ll find it in your heart to donate if you can.
