Students will feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment. The items I requested will allow students to choose where they work, with whom, and how. It will also allow them to change their location and positions as needed to better fit the needs of their 21st-century learning. These items will help me create a dynamic learning space that will enhance student creativity, innovation, and collaboration! The seating set will be used to create a collaborative learning space for students when working in groups. The active chair and chair bands will help our fidgety students wiggle while they work without causing distractions. The lap desks will help those students create a flexible seating option while efficiently completing their work.
