My goal is provide a safe spot by converting a space in the school gym for all students to release their anxiety, challenges and frustrations through physical exercise, balance, mental relaxation and time to refocus. Students face challenges everyday. Some students may feel pressures at school socially or academically. Some students may feel pressures at home. Regardless of how or what they are, there should be space dedicated to allow all students to take a moment and regain their focus and feel the ability to be successful after such challenges. Through physical exercise, music, balance and release exercises, students can achieve success.

About my class
