The materials I am requesting for students are to better enhance their learning experience! Play is essential for students’ development in early elementary education classrooms. Play helps to develop the WHOLE child. Not only is play an important part of the classroom, it is important to incorporate play during the learning experience. These tools will help my students develop social and problem solving skills. Play allows students to be creative and to use their sense of imagination. Each student brings their own talents and interests into my classroom and these tools will help me to better understand my students’ interests and needs.
