Yearbook is a vital part of our school history and community. Unfortunately, as a title one urban school, we are not adequately equipped to provide our children with the cameras they need to express themselves. In order for us to show the #RealAE, we need our students to have access to cameras superior to what comes installed on their phones. Cell phone photos are prone to being foggy and grainy, and they also remove the opportunity to teach students the photography skills that are needed within the design field. It is one of our goals as a school to provide our students for technical paths, and yearbook and journalism is a huge step forward in that direction. Despite that tragedies that have befallen our community in the last two years, our students want to make this a yearbook greater than any before it, bursting at the seams with memories, relationships, and positivity. Please help them in their path toward greatness!
