I will be using the wobble chairs at my guided reading table where we learn and use different skills to decode words and practice reading. The chairs will help my students stay focused on the lessons by allowing them that extra flexibility to move quietly without disturbing other students. The flexible seating helps students engage more fully in their education, as well as give them a chance to have options other than a hard chair to sit in. The lap desks will be used in my listening center where my students engage fully in audio books through their iPad. the small desk will give them a place to set their iPad and the lap desks will provide a different seating arrangement for them to feel excited to come to this center.
