These materials will allow for students to learn to love reading class ... but more importantly, reading. The most successful learning stories include those in which students were fully engaged in the learning process. Helping students engage in the learning process includes interacting with their classroom environment in a positive way, which incorporates their need for a safe, clean environment in addition to access to books that will incite their interest in reading! Making reading fun is the daily goal in my classroom and I know that these materials students will make reading fun reading and help students improve foundational reading skills such as phonics and vocabulary ; thus, helping them to become strong readers.
