Having this arrangement in my room will allow for those wiggly students to better perform during tests. Giving the students a choice of seating helps promote success and respect. It would also be available for all. When we do Guided Reading, it could be one of our stations. Just like the diversity in our classroom, I want to start offering flexible seating. Having these seats and desks would be the first move for me in creating flexible seating. My next project, I would like to get a variety of seats for my reading table; stools, wobbly seats and More! 😉
