These students will able to use technology to monitor their fitness levels to be able to learn how to decrease their risk of obesity. The will be able to create personalized fitness plans and we be able to monitor and assess them using the chromebooks to make sure they are meeting their goals. They will be able to track their fitness along with meals and be able to evaluate their lifestyle. Technology is the way of the world today and we as educators have to continue to educate students to evolve with in world. These chromebooks paired with the technology we have in place will provide an excellent foundation for our physical education classes.

About my class
