With the help of these wonderful books, I will introduce children to books and authors that appeal to them and will make them see that reading can be interesting and fun! Every summer I do research to find new authors for my students and new ways to introduce them to my new group of kids. I love looking for books that are going to surprise them! Some of the books use surprising words that the kids can't believe their teacher would say! I love seeing the looks on their faces when I read the silly words and hearing them beg to get to read them on their own.
