My students need to build confidence and master organizational skills. Both of the supplies I am requesting with help them do just that throughout our year. The students have to meet speaking and listening standards. These standards require them to talk in front of their peers. Class presentations and discussions become more inviting when they get to use a microphone. This is the year most students start having two or three teachers during their day. Organization is essential. Having a binder for each student will allow me to teach students how to organize their yearly information. This system will benefit students for years to come.
