Imagine being 6-7 years old and being told you will not have recess, no specials, and you must be six feet apart and wear your mask at all times at school. With COVID this school year, our students do not have P.E. or recess and they eat lunch in their classrooms. We all stay in the classroom 6 hours a day so these littles have a difficult time staying in their desk areas/seats. They try their best to make sure they are being safe, but lets face it, they are only first graders! They are FULL of energy! I want to provide flexible seating to make their desk areas a little more interesting and help them stay focused throughout the day!
