The first thing a child needs in order to learn is a safe and comfortable environment. The wobble seats will allow students movement without being distracted. I will bring experiences and light to my students' eyes through reading. I will teach rich vocabulary through these books. More than half of my students are from low-income families and do not have many experiences and they will live through our books. My students need a wide range of books to read and with these resources,​ I will be able to push them to their full potential. I can’t wait to teach 1st grade and move my kids past their expected reading levels.
