This year our district is writing a new curriculum to align with our new Arizona Science standards. With this, there are many materials we will need that are not covered by our school funds. We will be using flashlights with batteries to explore how light helps us to see! Tuning forks and rubber bands will teach us about sound and its properties. We will use the sun lamp to grow our understanding of plants. All of these materials will deepen my student's knowledge of scientific concepts! These will help my science lessons be more engaging, hands-on, and real-world applicable. We are really excited about our new science units and appreciate the support!
