Many students can become disengaged in the classroom because they cannot concentrate due to social or emotional issues. Flexible seating helps to alleviate stress and anxiety they feel when confined and overwhelmed in the classroom. I have seen the value of flexible seating. These issues of anxiety and stress can be alleviated with these types of seats. I am asking for several types so they can choose what works best for them at the time. The other materials that I am asking for are meant to be used in morning Stem bins and math centers because they are engaging and fosters good independent work skills.
