I have picked out some of the essentials for my 1st graders: triangular pencils to help with their grip, scholastic book collections for their level and beyond, ink cartridges with which I will be printing visual aids that are exciting and memorable, and finally a bulk XL lego set where the class can learn and build as a team. All these items will help the children with their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I work at a charter school where a combination of the Waldorf and Montessori methods are used, and these materials will help me further the quality of that education.

About my class
