The organization will help with the flow of the counseling office... by color coding the office, it will enable me to be able to choose appropriate counseling materials quickly and easily (e.g, social skills, anger management). I will also be utilizing color coding for the rewards/incentives. The flexible seating options will enable my students to feel more comfortable, while providing group and individual place settings. Students tend to open up more in a less structured environment. By offering multiple seating options, therapy will be more successful. Rewards will help to reinforce positive behaviors while influencing students to complete check-in/check-out programs.
