Students thrive best within an organized and well maintained classroom. It's easy to be resourceful with few supplies, but lack of resources has the capability of leading to disarray and a less effective classroom environment. As a new teacher, there are many things my classroom needs to create a full, functional and organized classroom for my students; especially since there is currently a lack of storage space. Students exhibit more engagement within an organized classroom, with the necessary resources to function to its full capacity. My hope is to be able to create a more effective classroom by obtaining items to improve the organization of my classroom.
