Our current writing center consist of a table with two trays, one for paper and the other for writing tools, and a small sitting space. This set up leaves minimal space to add other resources or to display materials in an easily accessible or visible way. As a result the center is uninviting and not a popular choice in our classroom. This beautifully constructed writing center will appeal to the children spatially, practically and aesthetically, thereby increasing their engagement and igniting their passion to write and create. Having this piece of furniture will provide adequate space for the children to sit and work. They will have visibility and easy access to a variety of paper choices, mixed media and any other resources on display in-order to motive and inspire their writing and creativity. I greatly appreciate your contribution to furthering the advancement of our 3 and 4 year old authors and illustrators.
