I am a kindergarten teacher but also the wellness champion for my school. This encompasses physical and mental health for my staff, students and families. We will be hosting a Mindfulness for Families Class this fall and would love to send them off with some powerful tools to help them continue their mindfulness practice at home and in school. The ability to teach people to be present not only helps them to be happier but also helps students focus and learn more at school. I am hoping to give them tools so that they can make this a regular practice in their lives and something they can continue to pass on to others.

About my class
