These guitars will enhance my students' musicianship by way of mastering a universal instrument many of them have never gotten a chance to learn before. The flexibility of playing the guitar in our world can open up such a wide array of doors for them as musicians, and can be paired easily with other styles and musical skills my students already possess and enjoy. These instruments will be used to start our first ever guitar orchestra, which will host concerts and allow our students to travel to many new and exciting venues. With this gift, my students literally can experience how music takes us places.
