Flexible seating will allow for my students to grow and succeed within my classroom to be in control of their learning space. I’m a firm believer in keeping the focus on what’s really important: the students. If student motivation and higher engagement are truly what we want, we must provide an environment that allows for it. Students have trouble focusing for long periods of time without moving. The use of the wobble stools allows them to move all while getting their work done. They don't feel like standing, walking around the room, or get distracted as easily as before. This will be a great start in providing more individualized options for the students.
