These materials that will be used in the classroom such as pencils and tissues will benefit students with their own personal needs; however, the technological device and bulletin board will enhance the flow and organization of the classroom as well as provide visual aids to support student connectedness. A large bulletin board in a classroom will enable students to observe announcements, activities as well as important notices. The use of a printer will be used for student lessons, the interactive whiteboard, and tablets used in the classroom. Students will be able to print off essay documents to review or edit without the disruption of leaving the classroom. The flow of classroom teaching and learning can be determined by the technological devices that are available in the classroom. To have technology in the classroom will help avoid classroom disruptions. The scanning of documents that can be displayed on the whiteboard as a learning tool for students, will avoid the use of excessive printing of paper. If an extra copy of an assignment needs to be printed because of a paper miscount, it will be done in the classroom instead of leaving class unattended to get the work from the workroom printer. Classroom Management is one of the critical ingredients of effective teaching and having access to supplies and technological devices that will create a smooth and consistent flow will optimize student learning and reduce distractions.
