A kidney table will provide a place in the classroom for students to focus and practice on various skills. The table will help me meet the individual needs of my students across all academic areas. We can work on reading comprehension skills or work in pairs solving math problems by using washable markers on our special kidney table! The design of the kidney table enhances the learning environment for the students. Students can learn and practice skills more easily and comfortably. I can monitor them while they give support to one another and develop their social skills. I can check in one-on-one with students and increase student engagement!
