It is important for my students to learn through discovery and exploration. Students retain more knowledge through experience. Manipulatives and 3D objects help students make a greater connection via realia. The VersaTile Math intervention kits will allow differentiation instruction during small groups fro students who need it. The science solar models and cards games will allow my students to be more engaged and make better assessments in relation to the curriculum. It will also permit students to lead each other without teacher intervention though their own findings. The human body kits will allow my students to have a visual representation of every part of the body in terms of relation and function.
