Providing comfortable learning areas around the classroom helps my students throughout their day. Having a rug in the reading corner encourages them to sit with a good book which can open their minds to many new adventures! A larger rug in front of the smart board allows my students to interact during whole group instruction in an area other than at their desks. My students are often more focused and engaged when given the opportunity to choose where they can work. The rugs I have chosen will create a comfy space. I have chosen rugs that are durable and will be used for many years to come. Thank you for considering this project for my class!
