Open Doors currently uses a bulletin board as a school-wide Celebration Board. We would use the Samsung Smart Television to expand our celebration board in two ways: we would be able to quickly update the board as soon students accomplish things and we would be able to expand the categories that we celebrate. We currently celebrate the academic and career-related things that our wonderful students are accomplishing: credits earned, internships completed, GED tests passed, high school diplomas earned, and GEDs earned. Our students love our Celebration Board and would love to see more categories on it! And we know that celebrating success breeds more success!
