Students are required to attend school five days a week, seven hours per day. Most of those hours are spent hunched over at a desk. This creates bad posture, boredom, and unideal learning conditions. Students are still children who need the chance to wiggle and have movement available to them to aid in their learning. By incorporating flexible seating into the classroom, my students will be able to subtly move without distracting others. The wobble stools will be a perfect addition for students who prefer a seat, but still need to wiggle. The floor cushions will provide a comfortable seating choice for my students who prefer to work on the floor. The wobble cushions are multifunctional as they can be used on the floor and in chairs. Flexible seating is beneficial to academics as well as body development.
