Who doesn't love games? My 6th graders definitely do! These board games will give my students a chance to build skills of strategy, problem solving, and social emotional game abilities. My students love to compete. Through the use of board games, they will have a risk free environment to build so many skills needed in not only our math classroom​ but in the world. I particularly am requesting board games that involve students thinking about strategies. I want them to think about what makes someone good at the game. By implementing board games in math workshop, students will be moving their personal pieces to success.
