My students need a Cricut Maker machine to bring STEM and STEAM together using creativity and technology. We would incorporate the Cricut Maker after students have gone through a design process with pencil and paper. Technology would then be utilized to bring their pencil and paper design to life. The Cricut Maker will cut out their design in templates ready to be assembled. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. STEAM includes all these subjects with the inclusion of Art. Science and math will then come to play when students are engineering their design. The applications into the STEAM world are endless with a Cricut Maker!
