Is it fair that some students are at a disadvantage the moment they step into a classroom for the first time? NO! I want my students to have all of the resources of an A+ school classroom...to get them off on the right foot and discover the joys of learning. My emphasis this year will be to teach using fun, yet practical methods, kind of "old school" if you will. I am required to have my students use technology but I want to have hands-on learning through small group learning with games, manipulatives, and independent play. The items that I am requesting will strengthen and enhance their learning experiences and hopefully give better retention and enthusiasm for more!
