These books will provide my students with multiple options to choose from. They will be able to have books that relate to them and represent them while being able to learn about different cultures and celebrate their own. They will be able to read about scientists and engineers and feel empowered to create things of their own. At our school we take AR quizzes to encourage reading, but unfortunately our classroom library is too small to spark their interests. In our classroom we celebrate reading and the places we can travel to just by opening a book. I want to be able to provide my students with an eclectic assortment of books that will engage them and relate to them. We would very much appreciate any new reading materials in our classroom!
