If we can have just 3 Chromebooks in our classroom then I can differentiate the learning for the entire class. If I have a student who loves to write and has completed their writing project then they can use a Chromebook to type it up and correct their grammar and punctuation errors. If there is a student who needs to do some research on a report they are working on it would be easy and less distracting for them to use a Chromebook to complete their research without ever leaving the classroom. If I have a student who needs some support with their math facts or reading skills they would also be helped with these Chromebooks. I am trying to help my students love math and be prepared for the STEM fields with the use of Chromebooks. The Chromebooks are so versatile and mobile that wherever in the classroom they are needed they can be used without taking up extra space. The students are so capable of using these Chromebooks that they need very little direction from the teacher which makes them even more valuable in instruction. There are many STEM games that are available as well which engages the students to love math. My students will benefit in many ways from using these Chromebooks including differentiation on each of their levels and interests as well as their abilities. They will be helped in their reading, math, language and science skills not matter the level they are on.
