This project will cover the registration cost so I can attend the one-day Educator Training at the Ron Clark Academy (RCA) in Atlanta, Georgia! RCA is well-known for highly engaging teaching methods, rigorous academics, high expectations, a school climate that provides success for all students, and passionate educators who love what they do. Attending training at RCA will allow me to observe, attend workshops, strengthen my teaching strategies, and learn from master teachers. A positive culture and classroom climate is something I strive for every day, and attending RCA will allow me to witness this first hand! RCA is known for how they have transformed the educational climate and the way teachers engage our students in the content they are learning. I will also be able to come back to my school and share what I have learned so I can implement these school culture and climate strategies not only with my classroom but with my school family. Thank you for considering my project!
