It is no secret that students need to be able to move around in their learning environment! With flexible seating, students get a choice, and that autonomy is very important in learning. Students will also get to build a classroom community with an inclusive feeling. This will help around 180 students a year in a low-income NC public school. With classrooms at about 35 students, there is just not enough seating for everyone. These lounge, bean bag, and saucer chairs provide us with the seating we need, and will also cater to different learning styles. Please consider this project, all of my students and I would greatly appreciate it!
