A mobile teacher easel will allow me to teach from anywhere in the classroom and also give my students the opportunity to display or model their work from anywhere in the classroom. The easel will make a difference in their learning in so many ways. It will allow me to display posters and charts that will enhance their learning. My students would be able to write on a vertical surface for interactive writing activities. It would give them opportunity to use math manipulatives to explain their problem solving. Most of the time I teach from the smartboard at the front of my room because I don't have an easel of any kind. Not having an easel often times means I am tethered to the front of the room. This makes it difficult if I have something that I need to display while I am working with a small group. This easel would allow me to push into other areas in my classroom to teach and model the learning. Mobile teaching would allow my students to demonstrate what they have learned and to represent it on the mobile easel. This also helps to facilitate collaboration and sharing of ideas. The easel also has storage space! It has a storage area that could be utilized to store math manipulatives, posters, anchor charts, cards, read aloud books, dry erase markers, and boards. This teaching easel with locking casters would be a great asset to our classroom. If you can please help in any way, it would greatly be appreciated! Thank you
