These basic classroom supplies will help me as a first-year teacher meet my students' needs. Without these supplies, it will be difficult to start the year off on the right foot. The goal with these classroom supplies will be to create learners that effectively utilize the four Cs: creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Students will be able to use the small whiteboards during collaborative work, as well as another way to be formatively assessed. My students will use the organizational materials to organize and keep track of their own learning, a skill that should be fostered in all middle schoolers. Students will use these classroom supplies to become innovative thinkers that are prepared for the workforce of the 21st century. I thank you in advance for supporting me and my students as we take on seventh grade together.
